Contribution: Led the creative direction and constructed production pipelines. Assumed full responsibility for all aspects of audio design, orchestrating seamless collaboration with the Microsoft Brand Team, Events Team, vendors, designers, and other key stakeholders. Exercised oversight on budget management, vendor relationships, and technical deployment, ensuring a cohesive approach across live events, in-application experiences, and web platforms.
